June Speed Scrap at Funky Playground Designs!

That's right, I'm here to talk about the June Speed Scrap. For June, the speed scrap will be held at 8 p.m. Central/ 9 p.m. Eastern on June 16th in the FunkyPlaygroundDesigns chatroom (you must be logged in to the forums to see the chatroom). This month's participation prize is from Girl Boy Girl Designs. And one lucky participant will receive a $10 coupon from Sweet Tomato Designs. The June speed scrap is being co-hosted by Carole and myself. (I love hosting these!!)

Here's how it works. During the Speed Scrap, Cindy and I will also be posting the instructions in the forum. You will then have until 11:59 p.m. Central time on Sunday, June 19, 2011 (Sunday night) to post your layout in the Speed Scrap gallery here at FPD. Everyone who meets that deadline will receive the participation prize from Girl Boy Girl Designs. (We want to give everyone a chance to play!!)

Of course, we want as many people as possible to come participate in the live event. So, if you post your layout by 11:59 p.m. Central time on June 16th, you will be entered into a drawing for a $10 coupon from Sweet Tomato Designs.

May 19 Speed Scrap and Chat!

Come hang out with us at the Funky Playground Chat Room at 8:30 p.m. CST/9:30 p.m. EST ((Or whatever time that is for YOU!)) and join us for the May Speed Scrap. We always have a fantastic time-- and you certainly do NOT have to scrap to attend. You could just come on over and chat and laugh. :-)

Don't forget to log yourself into the forum so that you can get into the chat room. If for some reason you can't get logged in, no worries! We will be posting the instructions in the forum for you...so you won't miss anything!

Here's how it works:

Every ten minutes during the chat, Christine & Amanda will be posting a new instruction in the both chat and in the forum. You will then have until Midnight CST time on Sunday, May 22, 2011 (Sunday night -or whenever that time is for YOU) to post your layout in the Speed Scrap gallery here at FPD. This way, even if you aren't able to make it that night, you still have plenty of time to participate!
